Tahoe is a sweet, lovable little Dachshund/Chihuahua mix with maybe a bit of Min Pin in her. She came to us, along with her mother (Reno) and father (Vegas). This happy little family unit had actually been turned into a shelter to be euthanized, as it was thought they were all too bonded to survive without each other.

 

But, on the contrary, all three have flourished since coming to our rescue. Tahoe has shown to be a very happy girl, now that she's been permitted time away from her parents. She gets along great with the other dogs her size, and doesn't even mind playing with the larger dogs as well.

 

Tahoe is crate trained and house trained as well as a young puppy can be expected. She does show great ability to learn new things, and should master the art of house training as she grows.

Tahoe is up to date with all her vaccines, including rabies, has been spayed, wormed and is curently on a monthly heart worm preventative-as well as being heart worm free!

 

Tahoe has the same personality as her mother, that of being a little love bug. She adores human contact and longs to only make them happy. Tahoe will romp and play with the best of them, yet loves to just cuddle up with her human friends as well.
