Red was in pretty rough shape when she was taken in by a very kind-hearted lady in Dublin, GA. She was very skinny, heartworm positive and looking rather defeated in life. But despite her poor health, Red was eager to show just how friendly and affectionate she was to her foster mom.

Red has more than proven to be people/kid friendly, gets along great with other dogs and even cats. Her compact size makes her a great choice for someone living in a smaller sized home but still able to offer Red plenty of room outdoors to run and play. If nothing else, her cute underbite will grab your heart and cause you to fall in love with this wonderful girl.

Since her arrival, Red been fully vetted and kept up to date on all of her monthly preventatives and other vet care. She was recently treated for her heartworms and, as recommended, will be re-tested once she has reached the 6 month post-treatment time which should show a negative test results. Red has also displayed great house training abilities and also enjoys spending time outdoors.
