Getting the call about 6 puppies that were found abandoned came as no surprise to us at SoCo Rescue, after all, we get an average of 40-50 calls per day seeking help for abandoned and unwanted dogs and puppies. What really surprised us is how someone could simply discard such beautiful, sweet puppies. But, again, the high number of calls we receive each day tells of the same sort of irresponsibility involving so many other dogs and puppies each and every day.

At first glance, one might think that Freya is a bit shy as are a couple of her sisters, but truth is, she's just a really chilled out and relaxed pup. She's very playful with her siblings and loves to cuddle up on someone's lap. She'll make an ideal choice as a family companion even in a home with other dogs.

Freya has received all of her first year "puppy" vaccinations, including her rabies and Bordetella vaccinations. She's also been de-wormed and treated against parasites at required intervals and started on her monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives. Her adopter must agree on having Freya spay once she reaches six months of age and provide our rescue with verification of such. Freya will require all of her basic training.
