Being found as a stray dog is never a good thing. But for Kellam, luck was on his side as he was  found by a very compassionate person who who did all in his power to make sure that Kellam was safe, well fed and and loved until we could get him into our rescue.

Upon his arrival to SoCo Rescue, Kellam immediately extended his paw in a sign of friendship. He's the type of dog that knows no stranger and greets everyone with a smile and a tail wag. And he's proven to be very smart as well, picking up on his leash training and learning new routines rather quickly. While at the home of the man who found him, Kellam did very well on his house training, but he may still need additional training once in his new home. With his very friendly personality, Kellam will make a great addition to just about any home situation, even one with children or other dogs. 

Kellam has now been neutered, received an update on his yearly vaccinations, de-wormed, treated against parasites and started on his monthly preventatives.
