Kalvin's mom was once a feral dog who took up residence at a woman's home. For months the mom would eat, sleep and play with the other dogs at the woman's home. While the woman was sometimes able to catch this dog, keeping her contained or finding a safe place for her to go proved to be much harder. Eventually we were able to provide a space for this dog at our rescue. Shortly after her arrival, we discovered that this feral girl was pregnant and on Aug 26, she delivered 9 puppies, two of them stillborn.

Kalvin is a very energetic, playful pup who loves the attention that he gets. He is the biggest and the more dominate pup among his litter but does play well with his siblings. Kalvin's ideal home would be one that can provide him with ample room to run and play. He will require all of his basic training.

Kalvin has received all 3 of his first year "puppy" vaccines, been de-wormed multiple times and has been started on his monthly preventatives. His adopter must agree to having Kalvin neutered once he reaches 6 months of age and providing verification of such to our rescue.
