The great thing about being in a foster home is that we can learn all about the dog's personality and give it lots of training.  Lucky has proved to be a smart, obedient, active and fun-loving pup. She is house trained and she willingly sleeps in her crate but does not need it. She is able to entertain herself with during time alone.   She loves walks, does good on leash and knows basic commands including sit, stay, come, look.  We have off-leash playtime and she does great with fetch.  Lucky rarely barks and and only chews her toys.  Lucky will do best in a home with an active lifestyle.   A meet and greet required for other family dogs.  She is eager to please so is super easy to train.

Lucky and a sibling were found as stray dogs near a church.  Her sibling passed away but she has survived and is a beautiful black and white Border Collie mix.  A man kept Lucky along as he could and then surrendered her in the fall of 2021 to SoCo where she was fostered in GA until April 2023. 

Lucky has had all  vaccines and has been spayed. She tested negative for heartworm and has been on monthly preventatives.
