**ADOPTION PENDING**

Brownie was found as a stray in a neighboring county. She was brought to SoCo Rescue, who attempted to locate her possible owner, but no one ever came forward to claim her as their dog. After 2 weeks, Brownie was then declared an official SoCo dog and placed for adoption.

From the moment we met her, Brownie has proven to be a very friendly, playful and smart girl. She thrives on human contact and is a very people oriented dog. She walks well on a leash, but does need a little more training to correct her slight pulling, appears to have had some crate training and apparently has had some house training but may need additional training. As are most Chocolate Labs, Brownie has a lot of energy and will do best in a home with ample space for her to run and play. But the best trait that Brownie has is her love of people. She will, no doubt, make a great addition into any home situation. She has also gotten along very well with other dogs but does need a few minutes to get accustomed to them. 

Brownie has now been spay, received an update on all of her annual vaccinations, de-wormings and monthly preventatives. She also tested negative during her recent vet examination. A microchip will accompany her adoption.
