Chandra, her siblings and three other pups from two other dogs all came to our rescue as owner surrenders and from the same owner. The former owner had a couple of female dogs that all had litters within months of each other, leaving the former owners really wishing they'd followed our advice and gotten their dogs spayed. In addition to taking in all of their puppies, SoCo Rescue will also be covering the cost of having all of their dogs spayed.

Chandra is the calm, submissive pup of this litter, often being the one that got picked on by her brother and sisters. Still, she is very friendly, loves playing with her siblings and will do very well in a home with another calm, friendly dog and older children. Being submissive as she is, she's also a little apprehensive of people, being the one to hang back away from the interaction with our staff. She'll overcome her shyness once in a calmer home and getting more one-on-one time with her human counterparts. 

Chandra is current on her annual vaccinations, been spayed, de-wormed and treated against parasites. We've also started her on her monthly preventatives and Chandra's recent parasite screening came back negative. A microchip will accompany her adoption. Chandra will require all of her basic training.
