Laddy's mom was a pregnant stray when she was found by a Glenwood woman. The woman provided the mom dog with a warm, safe place to stay as she delivered and nursed her pups. As soon as space opened at our rescue, mom and pups were surrendered to our rescue.

Besides being the only male in this litter. Laddy is also the largest of his siblings and has assumed the role of pack leader. He's very friendly and playful, always being first to greet our staff when they approach his kennel. If Laddy is provided proper training, he'll grow to be an excellent companion and could possibly qualify as a therapy or agility dog.

Laddy has now received all of his first year "puppy" vaccinations, been de-wormed, treated against parasites, started and kept on his monthly preventatives. His adopter must agree to having Laddy neutered once he reaches six months of age and provide verification of such to our rescue. Laddy will need all of his basic training.
