While shopping at a local Tractor Supply, Scott Bennett noticed two young puppies in a crate at the front of the store. As other patrons were going through the checkout line, the cashier would ask each of them if they wanted a free puppy? Scott learned that the two young pups had been left by the back door of the store and found there by the Tractor Supply employees as they arrived for work. Fearing the pups would end up in the wrong hands, Scott offered to take both into SoCo Rescue in an attempt to find them good and proper homes. The two pups appear to be Aussie mix.

While his sister was a bit apprehensive at first, Theo quickly made it clear that he wanted to be friends. His desire to interact with people and his ability to make friends with other pups makes Theo a great candidate into just about any home. We can already tell that Theo will have a very loyal personality and become a treasured member of the family.

Prior to his adoption, Theo will have received 2/3 of his first year "puppy" vaccines with a final round coming due after his adoption. He's received his bordetella and rabies vaccinations, been de-wormed, treated against parasites and started on his monthly preventatives. Theo's adopter must agree to having him neutered once he reaches 6 months of age and provide verification of such to our rescue. Theo will also require all of her basic training.
