Meeka, her siblings and her mother were all surrendered to our rescue by their former owner. The former owner failed to have her dog spay, which resulted in yet another litter of unwanted puppies in our area. To add insult to injury, the former owner later came back and asked if she could have one of the puppies back but we refused to even consider such.

Being the only female in this litter hasn't deterred Meeka from being just as friendly and playful as her brothers. She's also very well socialized towards people and seems to thrive on contact with them. Given her exceptional personality, Meeka will make an excellent companion for anyone looking for a very best friend. We're expecting Meeka to grow to be similar in size as her mom (pictures included)

Meeka has received 2/3 of her first year puppy vaccines and will be receiving both her rabies and bordetella vaccinations over the next week. She's also been de-wormed, treated against parasites and started on her monthly preventatives. Besides needing all of her basic training, her adopter must also have her spay once she reaches 6 months of age and provide verification of such to our rescue.
