**Adoption Pending**
Bones was among a number of dogs that a neighboring area's animal control forcibly removed from their former home. We're not sure why the AC removed Bones and the other dogs but are aware that, despite a court order prohibiting them from doing so, the former owner's attempted to re-gain custody of the dogs through some sneaky and underhanded methods. Each time the former owners were caught and prohibited from obtaining any of the dogs. SoCo Rescue was asked to find Bones and his buddy (see Levi's profile) new homes. Both Bones and Levi were placed in a safe foster home once we removed them from the AC facility.

Bones has impressed his foster parents with his kind and sweet personality. He's very playful and gets along great with other dogs. When a SoCo team member met with Bones for the first time, he was calm, well-mannered and didn't show any aggression or fear. Because Bones is a strong fellow we think a home with older children would be best. 

Bones has now been fully vetted and recently tested negative for heartworms. He's up to date on all of his yearly vaccinations and monthly preventatives as well. He may need additional house training
