**Adoption Pending**

Phoebe and her pups were found as strays by a woman in our area. The woman gave Phoebe and her pups a safe place to stay, provided them with initial vet care and plenty of love while she waited for them to find either new homes or a rescue that could help. While most of the pups found new homes, Phoebe and one of her pups (Tommy) remained with the woman until we could get them in.

Phoebe is a very sweet little girl who wants nothing more than to find a person to love. She's very well socialized towards people and even displays signs of having been someone's indoor pet in the past. Phoebe also seems to get along very well with other dogs her own size. Phoebe will make a great companion for anyone looking for a "lap" dog to love and cherish.

Phoebe has a vet appointment on July 14 to be spay and be heartworm tested. Once we know the results of her heartworm test, we'll update her profile. She's received and update on all of her other yearly vaccinations, been de-wormed and treated against parasites and tapeworms. Phoebe has also been started on her monthly preventatives. Her adopter should be prepared to offer any training that she may need.
