***Adoption Pending.***

Chipper's mom, Cassie, was found as a pregnant stray and taken in by a family in our area. The family took excellent care of Cassie, allowing her to have a peaceful and safe place in which to have her litter. While the family grew attached to Cassie, Chipper and the other pups, they knew that it would be best for mom and pups to have the opportunity to find new homes. 

Being the only male among this family, Chipper got his name because of his chipper personality. This fellow loves attention, gives much love and just wants to be part of a family. He's playful, funny and very handsome.

Chipper is still undergoing his vaccination period but prior to his release date (July 24) he will have received 2/3 of his first year "puppy" vaccines as well as his rabies and bordetella vaccinations. He's already been de-wormed, treated against parasites and started on his monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives. His adopter must agree to having Chipper neutered once he reaches 6 months of age and supply verification of such to our rescue. Chipper's adopter must also be prepared to offer him all of his basic training. A microchip will accompany Chipper's adoption.
