***Adoption pending***

On a hot day in June, a woman found a near-death puppy laying in front of a local dumpster. The woman took the pup home to try and save it's life, but her efforts were in vain as the pup, weak and dehydrated, passed away that evening. Upon returning to the dumpster site the next day, the woman found the remaining six siblings of the pup that passed the night before and contacted SoCo Rescue for help. All of the six were also suffering from starvation, dehydration and a severe case of worms, which resulted in the passing of a second pup from this litter. 

Thankfully, five of the original seven pups made a full recovery and are now doing excellent. They are all very playful, friendly and well-socialized towards people. Watching them run and play on a daily basis brings us much joy and comfort as we know just how close this entire litter came to dying a horrible death. They've all now received 2/3 of their first year "puppy" vaccines, been de-wormed, treated against parasites and started on their monthly preventatives. 

Tripp's adopter must agree to having him neutered once he reaches 6 months of age and supplying proof of such to our rescue. His adopter must be prepared to provide all of Tripp's basic training. A microchip will accompany his adoption.
