*Adoption Pending - Foster/Adopt**

**Jilli, now CoCo, was adopted approx 3 months ago to a loving family with small kids.  It was going perfect until CoCo started to grow & is now knocking over the kids.  She is all puppy and the family LOVES her but wants to do what is right for everyone.  They are devastated but would like to rehome her to a family that has more time for her.

She is crate & house broken, lives people & other dogs.  She has so much love to give!!!

Her family writes-

Coco is very sweet, playful, and energetic. She loves everyone but would do best in a home with older kids or no kids due to her strength and energy level. She has done beginner training and knows basic commands but could use more work on impulse control. Coco loves walks and does pretty well on her leash, just working on occasional pulling when she's excited. She loves other dogs of all sizes and would likely do well in a home with another dog. She doesn't tire easily so it's important that she meet a potential pet sibling in order to make sure they are a good match.

Coco loves playing with toys, playing fetch, chewing her bones, splashing in her baby pool, napping in the sun, and snuggling with her people in the evening when the excitement of the day has come to an end. Coco is also crate trained and housebroken. She has some fear around new people entering her "territory". She barks at people walking by the fence or coming to the door. Her bark can sound intimidating but she hasn't shown any aggression and really just lots of excitement. She is learning that new people aren't scary, and typically only barks at them when she's in her own space.

Jilli and her seven siblings came to our rescue as owner surrenders. A few days after their intake, we were also able to get their mom into our rescue as well. Jilli's former had taken in the mom after she was found as a pregnant stray and took good care of them all until we could get space in our rescue for them all.

Jilli could give classes to other puppies on how to win hearts! She makes it a point to always show us so much affection and appreciation for the love she gets in return from us. Jilli will bring happiness and love to whatever home is lucky enough to add her to it.

She's UTD on all puppy shots, rabies and bordetella vaccines, been de-wormed, treated against parasites and started on her monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives. Her adopter must agree to having Jilli spay once she reaches 6 months of age and provide proof of such to our rescue.

Applications for the adoption of Jilli can be submitted at socorescue.com
