When a woman noticed a mom dog and her puppies simply wandering all around and in a busy road, she stopped to see if she could help lead the dogs back to their home. The mom dog was very thin and struggling to nurse her five pups. After finding and speaking with the owner, the woman discovered that the owner simply didn't want the dogs anymore and decided to just stop feeding them or providing a safe place for the dogs to stay.  Basically, they could all just go somewhere and die, it may no difference to the owner!

 

SoCo Rescue heard of the situation and took to task getting these now homeless dogs into a safe location, which was with one of our wonderful foster homes. Since their arrival to the foster home, mom and pups have all regained their weight, health and enjoy a full belly of food, a soft bed and more love than they've ever know! In return, both mom and her pups all show their gratitude towards people with kisses and playful paws!
