**Xander will be available for adoption at Rosedale Mills, in Pennington NJ, over the April 13-15 weekend.**

Xander and his four siblings came to our rescue as owner surrenders. The family has called upon SoCo quite a few times over the years, surrendering a number of dogs and puppies to us. Despite their promises to have all of their dogs altered, it's apparent that they have yet to follow through on their commitment. 

Xander is characteristic of the "big brother" found in most families: he's the largest and has served as the leader of his siblings. He was also the first to become accepting of us when they all came into our care. Xander has a fantastic personality, is well socialized towards people and simply loves to play. He will make someone an exceptional companion

Xander will be due his final "puppy" vaccine on April 20. He's already received his rabies and bordetella vaccines, been wormed and treated against parasites. We've also started him on his monthly flea/tick and heart worm preventatives. His adopter must agree to having him neutered once he reaches 6 months of age and supplying SoCo with verification of such.
