**Jack will be available for adoption at Rosedale Mills, Pennington, NJ, over the July 28-30 weekend**

This very friendly and playful Boston Terrier is Jack. He came to us as an owner surrender from a woman who felt it best to give Jack the opportunity to find another home as she has a number of other dogs.

Jack quickly adapts to new surroundings and people and seems to be accepting of other dogs as long as they are not aggressive towards him. He loves to give and receive affection and will smother you with kisses as well. He was house trained at his former home and always lived as an inside dog. He spent time around young children, even an infant and did exceptional. Basically, Jack will make someone a great family companion. Jack enjoys playing fetch but does so halfway, in that he's yet to learn to release the ball back to his human playmate. His former owner stated that Jack gets along great with female dogs but can be selective with other male dogs.

Jack was apparently born missing his left eye but doesn't seem to be limited by his birth defect. His only "health" issue seems to be eating his food too fast when other dogs are present, which causes him to regurgitate it at times. Separating him from other dogs as he eats will correct this issue.
