Abbott and her brother, Costello, were found abandoned at a Dublin, GA city park. The couple that found them said both pups were terrified, very hungry and thirsty. The couple took the pups to their home, contacted the proper authorities and tried, in vain, to locate a possible owner.

Abbott's very playful and affectionate personality makes her a great addition into just about any home. She and her brother are so comical when they play that our staf quickly nicknamed them "Abbott and Costello" and the name just stuck with her. She's energetic, full of spunk and always eager to nuzzle up to anyone he meets. Abbott will, of course, need all of her basic training, but should excel since she's a very quick learner

Abbott has received 2/3 of her first year "puppy"vaccinations, been de-wormer, treated against parasites and started on her monthly preventatives. Her adopter must agree to having Abbott spay once she reaches 6 months of age and provide proof of such to our rescue.

Applications for Abbott's adoption should be submitted at; questions about Abbott or our adoption process should be sent to Please do not call the rescue in GA as they are very busy caring for the dogs.
