**Kramer is currently being fostered in the Hawthorne, NJ area.

In July of 2011 Kramer and his two siblings were abandoned  on a back road near Southern Comfort when they were just pups. Since that time his brother, Jerry and his sister, Elaine, have both went on to find their new homes. But for reasons that puzzle us all, Kramer has drawn little interest from adopters.

Kramer, now approx 4 years old, is one terrific little dog. He's just timid enough to make him very sweet, assertive enough to let other dogs know he's no pushover. He does get along great with other dogs whether they're larger or smaller than he is and has also done very well around cats. While he will bark at strangers, Kramer is wonderful around people. He tends to shy away from a lot of loud noises so a home with very young children might not be best for him.

Since coming to SoCo Rescue, Kramer has been neutered, kept up to date on his vaccinations and kept on a monthly heart worm preventative. Besides being the near perfect lap dog, Kramer is a very healthy fellow.
